Demanding professionals with a passion for fruits and vegetables for over 10 years, Clémence and Thierry Ogez have refined their knowledge of quality fresh fruits. At first, they were making infused rhum on a personal basis, but they have now become true "master blenders". The Guadeloupe agricultural rum used for the macerations is specially chosen to let the best of the fresh fruits and plants express themselves. The result is a soft and balanced drink with a relatively low alcohol level, around 29°.
