Founded in 1729, Ximénez-Spínola is the only Spanish winery dedicated exclusively to growing Pedro Ximénez grapes. Located in Jerez de la Frontera and run by the Spínola family for nine generations, this independent producer has always prioritised quality over high-volume production. With around 30 hectares of vineyards, Ximénez-Spínola combines tradition and innovation to create unique wines that respect the Spanish terroir. All production is limited and numbered, making each bottle unique.
