Bocage is a blend of 3 calvados aged 2 to 3 years, coming from 3 different producers, located on 3 different terroirs. After many years of research, Trente & Quarante found the right balance for its Fine Calvados, which embodies its values and its aromatic signature based on 3 pillars: naturality, fruitiness and drinkability. The name pays homage to Normandie’s bocage, the region’s traditional landscape and agricultural model which is extensive and sustainable. Thanks to a careful selection of ciders and to an ageing with very little oak, this Calvados offers exceptional floral and fruity notes and a unique freshness. It will open the doors of Normandie’s old farms and distilleries to the curious, who will enjoy it neat as a digestif, topped with tonic or in cocktails.
