Created in 1946 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Taffel, Aalborg Jubilaeum is a simple, elegant, and highly aromatic aquavit, characterized by notes of coriander, anise, and lemon. Its flavor profile is completely different from Taffel, as it is unaged and caraway-free, with its color coming from oak cask infusion.
