Founded in 1975, the Allt-a-Bhainne distillery produces a single malt primarily used for blends such as 100 Pipers. For some years now, it has also made a lightly peated version (10-20 ppm) that represents around 30-50% of its production. This Allt-a-Bhainne’s rich, deep and complex palette of flavours and aromas is drawn out on the retro-nasal olfaction with notes of vanilla and a very intense finish.
