A blend of different cane spirits, distilled in stills at the Angostura distillery and aged for between 5 and 8 years in American oak casks. Filtered, the final blend produces a very smooth rum, with enough wood to give it structure, but with a character and colour that lend themselves to use in cocktails. Marked by notes of apple, caramel, vanilla and spices, this is a traditional rum that's easy to drink.
