Its aromatic composition combines juniper, habanero and gorria peppers, grapefruit, cinnamon, cardamom, and allspice.
It is made from French wheat alcohol and includes a maceration of spices as well as the signature peppers from Maison Matshi. The distillation follows the traditional Müller still method, followed by a carefully controlled re-maceration of habanero to extract capsaicin, the compound responsible for the pepper’s heat.
