Bourgoin's Pineau is a blend of Ugni Blanc grape must and Fins Bois cognac. This white Pineau des charentes is surprisingly light and refreshing, with hints of red apricot from Roussillon — a perfect thirst quencher. Mutation is carried out once fermentation has just begun, followed by a 12-month ageing period in red barrels that previously contained old cognacs, followed by a period of inversion in inert vats for four years._x000D_
