Its design is based on a dual distillation expertise. First, a vacuum distillation preserves the delicate aromas of cascara (the depulped coffee cherry) and coffee blossom — two often-overlooked byproducts.
Then, a pot still distillation of Arabica beans, derived from the unfilterable infusion of Brunette Cold Brew, completes this singular and innovative blend.
