This unpeated 12-year-old single malt has benefited from a long and rare 5-year maturation in Madeira casks, giving it an exceptional aromatic patina. The nose reveals indulgent aromas of dried fruits, caramel, and toasted nuts, lifted by a touch of iodine. On the palate, its velvety texture offers beautiful notes of bitter orange, dark chocolate, and sweet spices, balanced by a delicate saline touch. The finish is long, carried by roasted fig and a gentle sea breeze.
