This two-barrel small batch from the Chalong Bay distillery is the very first in a collection of limited editions inspired by the Thai lunar calendar, called the Lunar Series. Each year is symbolised by an animal and 2022 is dedicated to the tiger. Distilled in Thailand and then aged for 20 months in ex-bourbon barrels in the Gers (France), this rum has been bottled at its natural strength. Remarkable for its precision and purity of expression, its aromatic palette grows progressively more complex.
