This expression was made from a single variety of sugarcane grown in Thailand , and matured in a cask previously used for a rice shochu, a traditional Japanese spirit. Transferred to the cask in 2021, it was aged for 26 months in France. The incredibly voluptuous and fresh palette of aromas and flavours skilfully recreates the fragrances and tastes of a remarkably pure vesou. Crystalline and mineral, it is also vanilla, tangy and refreshingly herbal.
