Crafted by Guillaume Drouin in the tradition of blending great eaux-de-vie, this artisanal gin is born from the meeting of a small-batch pot still distillate of Normandy cider and the distillation of juniper and seven other botanicals inspired by the world of Calvados: juniper berries, ginger, vanilla, lemon, cardamom, cinnamon, rose petals, and almonds.
Each botanical is distilled separately, then blended in precise proportions in small batches.
