Rouge is a Dry Gin, a permanent edition of the Citadelle range launched in 2023.
No fewer than 24 botanicals were needed to create it: rhubarb, cranberry, raspberry, blackcurrant and blackberry have been added to the 19 botanicals of Citadelle Original. A slow infusion of these fresh fruits produces an aromatic profile that is faithful to Citadelle gin, but with a gourmet flavour, marked by rhubarb and red fruits. With no added colouring or sugar, its transparent colour sets it apart.
Try it as a Gin Tonic, with a sprig of rhubarb.
