In 2010, Franck Choisne succeeded in having the 1988 decree amended. This decree had forced absinthe production to be fennel-free, which is an essential element in authentic and historic recipes. Thanks to this amendment, absinthe was legalised in 2011! The 1915 law banning absinthe was therefore repealed. In honour of this historic milestone, Franck Choisne created "L'Entété" in 2012. This absinthe is typical of green absinthes from the 19th century. It consists of Spanish green anise, grand wormwood, Provence fennel, hyssop, lemon balm, peppermint and more.
