Comte Louis de Lauriston VSOP is a blend of calvados aged more than five years in oak barrels. The juice is light amber in color. The fruit aromas (apple and pear) are very present and combine with the aromas coming from a prolonged ageing.
This V.S.O.P is also marked by greedy notes of vanilla and pastry.
Goes well with a Livarot cheese and as a digestive.
