This new Gin from the Cotswolds distillery is in the tradition of the Old Tom Gin style.
On a base of 60% neutral wheat alcohol, a blend of 8 botanicals (juniper berries, ginger, coriander, angelica, orange peel, licorice root, caraway and cardamom) is added during distillation, followed by a touch of sugar syrup.
Bottled at 42%, it can be drunk neat, with orange zest or in a Tom Collins with lemon juice, tonic and sugar syrup.
A sweet and spicy gourmet gin with strong notes of licorice, citrus peel and spices.
