The first single malt produced in the magnificent Cotswolds region, in the heart of the English countryside, Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky is made from 100% local barley malted in the traditional way. The whisky undergoes a long fermentation lasting almost 4 days, then undergoes double distillation in pot stills before maturing 70% in reconditioned "STR" red wine casks, the distillery's true signature, and 30% in first-fill bourbon casks. This blend creates a subtle balance that highlights its elegance and richness, with a superb fruity character.
