Dingle Single Malt is the distillery's flagship product. Triple distilled from malted barley only, this expression is a blend of whiskeys aged in bourbon barrels, Oloroso sherry casks, and Pedro Ximénez casks. On tasting, you'll find notes of citrus, stewed fruit, vanilla, honey, and caramel from the bourbon, as well as flavors of spices, red berries, and raisins from the sherry casks. A wonderfully fresh whiskey with lovely woody and indulgent notes.
