The Batch Kettle was installed at the Diplomatico distillery in 1959. This semi-continuous distillation method, which originated in Canada, is traditionally used to produce whisky. This first edition of the Distillery Collection is made from the finest cane honeys and 100% Batch Kettle distilled, then aged in American white oak casks, making it both complex and balanced.
