Based on one of Michel Bras' thousand bright ideas, thanks to the superb citrus tarpaulin and the expertise of Laurent Cazottes, they have created this new Cédrat vertical. Its colour is a very pale yellow, almost white. It is limpid, luminous and brilliant. The bitter-sweet flavours of tea and bergamot reveal themselves over time
