EPISTEME R20W26 explores the influence of wood on two single rye whiskies from specific plots and vintages. Made from Caroas rye harvested in 2020 on a single plot at the foot of Mont Aiguille, this whisky was produced entirely in the same week, then matured in Cognac roux before being finished in new wood casks.
