Aged entirely in French Limousin oak casks, Eddu 10 Year Old represents the quintessence of a pure buckwheat whisky: notes of roasted wood, scents of dried flowers and hints of spice.
Located not far from Quimper, the Menhirs distillery uses not malted barley but a local buckwheat known as ‘black wheat’ or ‘eddu’ in Breton. There is no doubt that the distillery produces an original and impressive spirit, deeply rooted in the ancestral local traditions of Brittany.
