Located in the Sao Paulo region, the Engenho Da Verdente distillery produces a limited release of a particularly distinctive unfiltered cachaça that has been aged in bourbon barrels for three years. A veritable hymn to sugar cane juice (‘vesou’), this cachaça offers a quite remarkable freshness and sweetness. Exuding exoticism and a delicious acidity, it also has a pleasantly firm, medicinal side. Remarkably well-controlled maturation.
