This peated Finglassie has been aged for over 6 years and matured for the last 6 months in old Jamaican rum casks. Intense and smoky, this malt offers beautiful aromas of wood fire intermingled with lemon and tropical fruit.
Finglassie is a peated Single Malt Scotch Whisky produced at the Inchdairnie distillery, located in the east of Scotland in the Fife region of the Lowlands.
Rest & Be Thankful Co. is a brand of independent bottler Fox Fitzgerald Brands. The name refers to the majestic site of Rest & Be Thankful in the Loch Lomond nature park in Scotland. Coincidentally, it is also the name of a peak in Jamaica's Cockpit Country Nature Park. Scotland is revered for its whisky, Jamaica for its rum, so Rest & Be Thankful Co. naturally chose to bottle both.
