This single malt comes from the Glenrothes distillery in Speyside. Distilled in 2012, this small batch spent 10 years maturing in bourbon hogsheads, followed by 2 years in ex-Sherry casks from the Ximénez-Spínola bodega. This distinctive maturation imparts fruity and indulgent aromas of chocolate, vanilla, and cooked apple.
