The 15 matures exclusively in sherry casks. The quality of each cask is rigorously monitored and carefully scrutinized by our Master Whisky Maker, Laura Rampling, and only the highest quality casks are selected by hand.
The casks chosen are mainly first-fill European oak. This selection has a significant influence on the distinctive taste of this bottling.
