Aged 3 years in French and American oak barrels. The fruit of a blend of agricultural rums and sweeteners (molasses), it captures the typical essence of fresh Marie-Galantaise cane. Shaped to exalt exotic fruit aromas (ripe mango, fresh lychee, orange peel) well framed by a balanced woody (pain-grillé) and light earthy camphorated fragrances. The palate doesn't betray its nose, and the length is surprisingly youthful, reminiscent of its freshness.
