Single malt consisting of 60% bourbon and 40% sherry barrels. Without doubt the best of the official Highland Park whiskies. Its floral character recalls a heady, flowery perfume. A magnificent version from the warehouses of Scotland’s northernmost distillery. Gold colour; generous nose, characterised by flowers, honey and smoked barley. The creamy palate confirms the notes of the bouquet and also develops hints of spices (nutmeg) and dried fruit. The rather dry finish is a little short.
