Wakamurasaki is crafted from a unique blend of junmai sake brewed in 2008–2009, house-distilled shōchū (made from Yamada Nishiki rice powder and fermented sake lees), sugar, red shiso extract, and citric acid.
The shiso extract is derived from carefully selected leaves grown with organic fertilizers, preserving the distinctive color, aroma, and flavor of red shiso.
