Kornog Bourbon barrel is a single malt with a distinctly peaty character from the Celtic Whisky Compagnie distillery, established in 1997 on the north coast of Brittany. The cellars located a few meters from the sea and the Breton climate make these whiskies unique. The Celtic Whisky Compagnie makes its whiskies in the purest tradition: open flame toasting, slow distillation, small onion-shaped stills, wooden fermenters, coil condensers, maturation in bourbon casks, not cold filtered and without colouring.
