Our Gin de terroir - meunier is gourmand, organic, sweet and aromatic. It offers notes of apple, ripe apricot, honey, vanilla and liquorice in harmony with the roundness of the miller. It is characteristic of our approach to winemaking and champagne: It was obtained by maceration of selected grapes directly in the parcels and in the press.
It is set at 44 degrees, the point of balance between the strength of the alcohol and the aromatic palette.
It is produced in limited series: the first one in 900 bottles, numbered by hand.
