Cute & Sober is a “Berliner Weisse”, a tangy German-style beer macerated with raspberries, with a colour as pink as its label. On the nose, it's an explosion of raspberries, fresh, tart and stewed, with a pastry-like flavour (wafers, pie). The palate is lively and tangy (lemon) at first, before melting into a softly milky, fruity finish (grenadine). As delicious as it is regressive, and considered to be alcohol-free (0.5%), this is a nugget to be discovered with pleasure and no complexes!
