Crafted in Anjou from organically grown floor-malted barley, La Piautre whisky is distilled in wood-fired Charentais alembics and aged in Chenin, Cognac, and new French oak casks. Non-chill filtered and slowly reduced to 44.5%, it reveals a refined and complex nose with aromas of raisins, quince, vanilla, and delicate oak. On the palate, the intensity of the malt blends with notes of roasted grains, dried fruits, and wood, leading to a long, slightly salty finish.
