The ICE-3 is part of a collection of three blends developed with the aim of rejuvenating the oldest eau-de-vie in France and adapting it to current consumption patterns while respecting traditional know-how: the colours and natural degrees show the importance of time in Armagnac. ICE-3: the youngest of the collection, aged in Landes oak barrels for a minimum of 3 years. ICONOCLASTIC because it has been elaborated with the aim of breaking the codes: it can be drunk as an aperitif, dry, on ice and in cocktails.
