Distilled in a traditional, wood-fired Armagnac still, Vital is made primarily from Baco grapes, a hybrid of Folle Blanche and Noah created to be resistant to Phylloxera in the 19th century. On the nose, this Blanche releases aromas of white fruits, lime blossom and honey, before developing an even more fruity (orchard fruit, banana) and spicy (clove) profile.
