While preserving the identity of the sugar cane, each cuvée (Prélude, Symphonie, Concerto) seeks a singular profile, revealing the different facets of the maturation of the rums, through their passage in cognac barrels, new oak barrels, or both. Prélude is a blend of agricole rums aged in French oak barrels with low toast and a fine grain.
These bottlings are made in small batches (1,400 bottles for each batch) and are systematically bottled at cask strength for all the vintages. The ABV of the vintages will naturally vary according to the batch.
