Crafted entirely from malted barley, Dock 1 is the first single malt 100% made in Bordeaux. It results from a single, gentle and slow distillation. Aged in a unique bunker-cellar, this whisky is part of the Special Reserve range, composed of the oldest (5 years and over) and highest quality barrels.
Aged in Château Carbonnieux wine casks, Dock 1 is the result of a prolonged ageing period applied to the classic 3-year-old single malt, creating a more structured whisky with a stronger wood influence.
