The ÉQUILIBRE cuvée marks its third edition here, the result of a renewed dialogue between the expertise of the Neisson distillery and the singular universe of Martinican artist Carole Aurore.
Dressed in a blue bottle, a true painted artwork, this edition embodies a meeting between material and expression. Through her asemic writing, Carole Aurore blends text and image, visually extending the notion of balance at the heart of this cuvée.
Designed as an exercise in precision, this creation reduced to 52.5% is based on a carefully orchestrated blend by the cellar master: an aging in American oak Oloroso sherry casks, initiated on October 24, 2024, and an aging in French oak casks that previously contained cognac (first fill for 12 months, Allary cask), set to age on July 1, 2024.
