The new Equilibre rum from the Neisson distillery is a blend of three aged rums from the Profiles range (62, 105 and 107). Each of these rums, aged for between 12 and 24 months in new American oak casks, benefits from a distinct toasting, revealing rich and diverse aromas. Reduced to 49%, the balanced profile reveals floral, fruity, spicy and woody notes that ‘balance’ perfectly.
The bottle is adorned with a motif painted by Martinique artist Carole Aurore, whose world is characterised by colourful compositions combining drawings and symbols that are fresh and vibrant, just like this blended rum.
