A classic aperitif, this cream is made from vineyard peaches, small white peaches, very aromatic and tasty, which mature in September at the same time as the grapes.
For its elaboration, peaches are macerated in grape brandy. At the end of this infusion, a sugar syrup is added and the cream is reduced to 18° with water from the Vosges spring. This water, which runs through a subsoil of purple schist, is of great purity and gives it a singular strength.
The creams, like the liqueurs, are voluntarily proposed at a high alcohol level with a low sugar content to offer natural and unusual flavors in the traditional cream category. Located in Alsace in the heart of the Val de Villé, the Jos. Nusbaumer distillery, located in Alsace in the heart of the Villé Valley, has succeeded in expressing the richness of its terroir and its fruits in this singular cuvée.
This cream of vine peach will seduce title 18° and is little sweetened so as to let the fruit express itself. It will be superb in cocktails or in spritz.
