This liqueur is made by macerating Ethiopian Moka (Sidamo) coffee beans, selected by the Reck coffee house, an Alsatian artisan roaster since 1884. Macerated in alcohol and water, the liqueur is then reduced with Steige spring water, which has been cold-infused with coffee, before being cold-filtered.
