NUSBAUMER Liqueur de Sureau BIB - LMDW - La Maison du Whisky

This elderflower liqueur is crafted from elderflowers macerated in black elderberry eau-de-vie produced the previous year. After this infusion, which gives the liqueur its golden hue, sugar syrup and water from the Vosges are added. This water, which flows through violet schist bedrock, is exceptionally pure and lends the liqueur its distinctive strength. Delicately floral, this elderflower liqueur is ideal for cocktails, in a Spritz, or simply served over ice.
