"Cardonnacum", the thistle meadow, was aged in two Bourbon barrels for three years and then finished for six months in Chardonnay barrels. It is named "Cardonnacum" in reference to the Chardonnay whose etymology comes from the thistle meadow. Left at 45.5 %vol, this single malt is powerful, lively and fresh. Certified organic, 100% barley malt, double distilled over an open fire, without cold filtration or additives. Natural color.
