"Cardonnacum," the thistle meadow, was barrel-aged in two Bourbon barrels for three years and then received a six-month finishing in Chardonnay casks. It is named "Cardonnacum" in reference to Chardonnay, the etymology of which comes from the thistle meadow. Bottled at 45.5% ABV, this single malt is powerful, vibrant, and fresh. Certified organic, 100% malted barley, double distilled in pot stills, without cold filtration or additives. Natural color.
