A re-edition of the famous Pernod Fils absinthe, P.F. 1901 is the result of a partnership between the Combier distillery and the American historian Ted Breaux. Closed following a fire in 1901, the Pernod Fils distillery sold part of its stills to the Combier distillery and it is in these stills that P.F. 1901 is produced. This classic-style green absinthe is balanced, fine and elegant. Produced using only Pontarlier grand wormwood, it has great finesse, marked by herbaceous notes and a long, pronounced finish.
