This Pineau Blanc 1995 Cuvée d'Exception is the result of a blend of freshly harvested grape must “mutated” with young cognac.
Aged in ex-cognac casks (oak barrels) in 1995 and bottled in July 2024, this blend has produced a particularly aromatic Pineau, in which the cognac has delicately blended with the grape must over time.
