Selvatiq Beyond Vermouth is made with botanicals obtained from a conscious and conservative foraging, collected in a mid- and high-mountain habitat, distilled individually and blended with the wine - Nebbiolo - that comes from the same harvesting areas in Valtellina. The spruce cones bring aromas of moss and lichen and a delicate woody astringency which, together with the acidity of the Nebbiolo wine, elegantly balances our drink.
