This new limited edition from Rest & Be Thankful (Fox Fitzgerald Brands) also comes from the Scottish distillery InchDairnie. "Strathenry" is the distillery's unpeated Single Malt; as opposed to "Finglassie" which is peated. Distilled in October 2016, this Single Malt was aged in barrels previously containing Bourbon before being finished in Sherry Oloroso butt. Bottled at 46%, without chill filtration or colouring like all Rest & Be Thankful's Small Batch Whisky and Rum.
