This rum, made from pure cane juice, is first distilled in iron stills, then aged between 2 and 4 years in new French oak barrels from the Radoux cooperage. It is then combined with a three-year-old molasses rum, aged in old bourbon barrels, and another eight-year-old molasses rum from the Foursquare distillery. With an alcohol content of 45.1%, this rum is bottled without cold filtration, coloring or sugar. This rum offers a rich, fruity bouquet, blending aromas of raisins and black cherries with hints of caramel and spiced marzipan. Its complexity is distinguished by saline nuances and dark berries that enrich its character.
